Information we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, whether you are a facility representative or clinician, and the contents of your message. We do not collect patient health information through this website, and you should not submit any protected health information (PHI) through it.
How we use it

- To evaluate employment interest you express to us.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. We use no advertising services, no cross-site trackers and no session recording, and we do not build a profile of you.
We do measure how the site is used, using Microsoft Azure Application Insights running inside our own Microsoft tenant. The data is not shared with an advertising network and is not sold. What is recorded is which pages are viewed, and four actions: submitting the contact form, clicking an email address, clicking an apply link, and clicking the therapy cost analysis button. With each page view we also record which website, if any, linked you to it — for example google.com or linkedin.com, but never the address of the page you came from — and, as Azure records for every visit, your general location (country, state and city) and the type of device and browser you are using. That location is worked out from your IP address, which Azure then discards; your IP address is not stored. For a contact form submission we also record which of the five “I am a…” options you selected, so enquiries reach the right team. The contents of the form are never sent to our analytics — not your name, your email address, your phone number or your message.
Because no cookie and no stored identifier are used, this measurement cannot recognise you when you return, and cannot follow you to any other website. That is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing at all for that visit.
The maps on our student program and open positions pages are drawn by this site itself and load nothing from anyone else. No page on this site contacts anyone outside our own systems.
Sharing
Contact form submissions are delivered into our own Microsoft 365 environment — they are recorded in an internal list and emailed to the relevant team. They are not passed to a third-party form service.
Beyond that, we share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business, or when required by law. Service providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
Mobile information you provide will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Text-message job alerts are covered by our SMS Terms and Conditions.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request or as required by law. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact info@continuumtherapypartners.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
